You will pay for your order using one of the methods offered by Grund Online Store. The suggested payment method is online and secure SSL encrypted and 3D Secure payment with Visa or Mastercard bank card. Your card data is secure and has no access to data, any natural or legal person. Payment via the card will be confirmed once the invoice is issued. Other payment methods are: bank transfer to our association’s account, payment via Paypal service and payment with Bitcoin virtual currency.
You will receive the product ordered by post or by express courier. The product will be properly packaged and delivered to the address mentioned by the buyer in the purchase form. The cost of delivery is that mentioned in the order form and is to be fully borne by the buyer. Delivery will take place within 3 working days in Bucharest and 14 working days in the country, at least 7 working days outside the country, in compliance with the seller’s operating schedule
. The products will always be delivered after payment of the price by the buyer, the payment of the price will be made at the latest on the date of delivery of the product (refund). The transfer of ownership and risks from the seller to the buyer will be done with the delivery of the products.
Yes! Products purchased from the Grund Online Store can be returned to the seller within 14 days of receiving them. The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of his intention to terminate the contract and return the purchased products in writing to the addresses displayed on the website. The buyer will be liable for the cost of transport and insurance (if applicable) in respect of the returned products until they are received and received by the seller.
All returned products must be received by the seller in the same condition as they were delivered to the buyer. Otherwise, the seller will be able to refuse to receive the returned product and return it to the buyer, withholding the amounts paid by the seller.
The seller will refund all amounts he has received as payment from the buyer, except for the costs of delivery, within 14 days of the date on which he received the written decision to withdraw from the buyer’s contract. The seller may defer the refund until the date of receipt of the products which have been the subject of the sale.
If, upon receipt of the products, the seller finds that they have suffered damage, he shall inform the buyer in writing of the refusal to receive the damaged product and shall retransmit the product to the seller, the buyer being relieved of the obligation to return the amounts paid by the buyer.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92, the Article 16 of the OUG no. 34/2014, the seller reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or deteriorate rapidly. The buyer will be informed in the product announcement whether it is returnable or not.
Can I change or cancel the order?
The order can be cancelled and the amount refunded. For such situations please contact us at the specified email address. The order can be changed to the amount paid or a larger amount for which you will transfer the difference.
