Return Policy
For purchases made in the country and international Grund Online Store accepts the return of products
14 days
Under the terms of Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 20 Article 9 of the OUG No 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis. 34/2014, any buyer on the Grund online platform has a period of 14 days to inspect and test the product. He may withdraw from the contract without having to justify his decision and without incurring costs other than transport costs for the return of the product. The Buyer is obliged to notify in writing the email displayed on the Grund Online Store website of its intention to waive the contract and implicitly the product and return the purchased products.
Refund
All returned products must be received by Grund Online Store in the same condition as they were delivered to the buyer. Otherwise, Grund Online Store will be able to refuse to receive the returned product and return it to the buyer, withholding the amounts paid. Grund Online Store will refund all amounts it has received as payment from the buyer by bank transfer, except for delivery costs, within 14 days of the date on which it received the written decision to withdraw from the buyer's contract. Grund Online Store may defer refund until the date of receipt of the products that have been sold. In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92, the Article 16 of the OUG no. 34/2014, Grund Online Store reserves the right not to accept the return of products which by their nature cannot be returned or which may degrade or deteriorate rapidly. The buyer will be informed in the notice of each product if it is returnable.
