Change or cancel the order
For purchases made in the country and international Grund Online Store supports the following delivery methods
Cancellation
Grund Online Store may refuse to execute an order made by the buyer, without any other formality except for a prior notification addressed to the buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other party or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases: non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the buyer's card of the transaction in the case of online payments; invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Grund Online Store in case of online payments; the data provided by the buyer in the registration process are incomplete or incorrect.
Exchange
The buyer will be able to opt out of an order made without any penalty at the latest on the date on which he is contacted by Grund Online Store representatives to confirm the order. Any waiver of the order made by the buyer must be followed by the submission to Grund Online Store of a document to confirm the waiver. Under the terms of Article 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 20 Article 9 of the OUG No 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis. 34/2014, the buyer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than transport costs for carrying out the return of the product. The Buyer is obliged to notify Grund Online Store of its intention to terminate the contract and return the purchased products in writing.
Refund
If the buyer decides to cancel the order he can choose to refund or exchange the product with another product, in the amount of the original purchased or another product. The latter must be at least equal to the one originally bought. DIference will be paid using one of the payment methods approved by Grund Online Store
